The General Secretary of the SACP, Cde Blade Nzimande will this weekend undertake visits to hospitals as part of the SACP Red October Campaign.
The campaign, aimed at assessing the state of our public health includes visits to hospitals to interact with both staff and patients for first hand information on the state of our public health facilities, issues of availability of resources including both staff and medical equipment, the functioning of clinic committees and hospitals board including the effective participation of our communities and community meetings to report back on our recently successful 12th National Congress.
