President Thabo Mbeki to Address SACP's 11th Congress

The 5 day long 11th Congress of the South African Communist Party (SACP), opening on 24 July in Rustenburg, will be addressed by the President of the African National Congress, Comrade Thabo Mbeki as detailed below:

President Thabo Mbeki's address will be followed by messages from General Secretary, Zwelinzima Vavi, and SANCO President, Mlungisi Hlongwane. These will be followed by the Keynote Address to the Congress to be delivered by the SACP General Secretary as a Political Report of the SACP Central Committee from 09h15 on Thursday, 25 Wednesday 2002.
