Songezo Mjongile, the ANC Youth League executive member and former Randgold and Exploration director, is expected to appear in the Germiston Magistrate's court today on charges of tax evasion. Mjongile appeared briefly in August.
He has been charged with failing to declare R4.8 million to the South African Revenue Service
